Payment is only required after the design has been approved. Once you confirm the final design, we will send you the payment details.

Production
Production time can take up to 3 weeks after receipt of payment. We strive to process your order as quickly as possible, but the exact duration depends on our current workload and your individual requirements.

Delivery
We deliver orders throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post (Economy).

Shipping costs are fully covered by our company – delivery is free of charge for you.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
